Important Shipping Information !!

If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp using the contact option available on our website. Prompt communication will help us correct the issue before your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, details of the products ordered, shipping costs, and delivery address.

Please note:

  • Once your order status changes to “PROCESSING” or “SHIPPED”, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland  (via AnPost): 2–5 business days

  • Ireland (via DPD Couriers): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: May take longer, depending on destination

We offer free shipping via AnPost for orders over €65 within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number. Registered customers will also receive shipping updates via email.

Damaged or Lost Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel before accepting it. If you notice any visible damage, file a damage report with the courier immediately and contact our customer service team for support.

In the rare event your package is lost in transit:

  • Items are considered lost if not received within 15 working days of dispatch.

  • We will begin an investigation, which may take up to 14 working days (often resolved sooner).

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until this investigation is complete.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For EU deliveries, no additional taxes will be applied.

For deliveries outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.
