Return Policy

Kindly inspect the parcel before accepting it. If you notice any damage during transit, please file a damage report with the courier and reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.!

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 18 days of receipt. This time frame begins on the date of your shipping notification.

Please note that all packaging and seals must be intact. Any products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted by our returns department.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on perfume decants-testers, brushes, lip products and mascara. We cannot accept cosmetics which have been opened , tested or partially used. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, if you return an Beleco Boom product, the cost and risks associated with postage are your own. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage charges unless the return is due to our own error, therefore, original postage costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please file a damage report with the courier and contact our customer service team at [email protected] . Include the courier report case, along with clear photos of the packaging box, product box, and the damaged product. All details must be sent via email.
